3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
For charter booking, requirements include:
- A minimum age of 18 years
- Provision of truthful and thorough details
- Preliminary deposit payment as outlined in your booking acknowledgment
- Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
A confirmed booking occurs solely after payment receipt and our formal agreement. Service provision to any individual is at our sole discretion.
3.3 Availability
Charter availability is dependent on vessel readiness and favorable weather. We shall strive to accommodate your requested dates and timings.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All pricing is in € and includes relevant taxes unless stated otherwise. Rates can change with no prior notice.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Deposit: 50% of the overall charter cost payable at the time of reservation
- Balance: Due no later than 48 hours prior to charter departure
- Incidental expenses (if any): Payable on charter completion
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept significant credit cards, bank wires, and certified cheques. Payments are processed via secure, encrypted methods.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- Above 72 hours before departure: Complete refund excluding processing charges
- Between 24 to 72 hours prior to departure: Half refund
- Under 24 hours before departure: No refund provided
5.2 Weather Cancellations
If our captain deems weather conditions unsafe, options include:
- Rescheduling your charter at no extra cost on the first available date
- Full reimbursement if rescheduling is impracticable
5.3 Mechanical Issues
In case your designated vessel encounters mechanical issues, we will endeavor to arrange a comparable alternative. If an alternative is inaccessible, we will refund fully.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
Passengers must:
- Heed all instructions from the crew
- Utilize provided safety gear when mandated
- Disclose any health conditions that may impact their secure participation
- Stay within specified vessel regions
6.2 Prohibited Items
The subsequent items are barred onboard:
- Glass containers
- Illicit substances
- Firearms or other weapons
- Excessive alcoholic drinks
- Pets (exception with prior approval)
6.3 Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully. We possess the authority to end a charter prematurely without a refund if a passenger's actions threaten safety or disrupt others' experiences.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
Our accountability is capped at the price paid for your charter. We disclaim responsibility for:
- Injuries incurred due to passenger misjudgment
- Theft or destruction of personal belongings
- Indirect, resultant or punitive loss
- Delays brought about by climate or circumstances beyond our influence
7.2 Insurance Coverage
Our enterprise upholds exhaustive marine indemnity for our vessels and operations. Patrons are responsible for arranging their travel and personal insurances.
7.3 Assumption of Risk
By engaging in our charter amenities, you concede that seafaring activities carry innate risks and you accept accountability for your safety and health.
8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes
Itinerary alterations, route or schedule modifications due to weather, safety concerns, or operational demands are reserved rights. We will strive to offer comparable alternatives.
9. Force Majeure
We absolve liability for deferrals, cancelations, or service changes incurred by forces beyond control, inclusive of:
- Extreme weather events
- Natural catastrophes
- Regulatory restrictions
- Port closures
- Technical failures
10. Privacy and Data Protection
